The Young Artist Violin Studio

The Young Artist Violin Studio is a comprehensive approach to musical study for students who want to develop their musicianship and life skills through consistent study, performance, and participation in both a rigorous and supportive musical community.

Weekly individual lessons provide the foundation for technical and musical development. Thoughtfully curated studio and group classes give students opportunities to perform, play together, and learn from one another. Throughout the year, students work with guest artists, attend cultural events, and prepare for formal performances.

Private lessons are tailored to support the individual goals of each young artist.

The group class curriculum includes guest artist masterclasses with leading performers and pedagogues from around the world, technique classes, and enrichment seminars designed to support the needs of today’s violinist.

Young artists also have access to seasonal intensives and workshops as part of their participation in the studio program.

Jacqueline created this studio structure based on years of effective private teaching, group seminars, practice workshops, and her experience directing both in-person and online summer intensives for string players. She has a deep understanding of what skills today’s violinists need to succeed and a commitment to supporting individual students on their unique paths.
